On Tuesday 2nd July, Christchurch Ladies Netball Section held their annual general meeting and charity netball tournament at Westbourne Academy.
The tournament is the chance for players to mix up and have a friendly but competitive netball matches before the commencement of the AGM.
All players pay their normal match fees which are then split between the Club funds and this years chosen charity Mind.
The AGM was well attended by players and members of the club. Reports from all sections of the club were given as well as the presentation of this years awards including Players Player, Most Improved players, coach and umpire of the year as well as special recognition awards to those members who have gone above and beyond to ensure the successful running of our club. 5 year service awards were also presented.
The 2018/2019 season has been one of continued club development and success and we look forward to the 2019/2020 season.
